At the Intersection of Artistic Inquiry, Somatic Wisdom and Strategic Management

About

Lina Lev works as a multidisciplinary artist, somatic practitioner, and cultural manager at the core of dance, theatre, and performance. For her, these fields are not separate disciplines, but a living interplay where creative expression, bodily wisdom, and clear structures come together.

Out of this rich variety, she meets the world — trusting her inner guidance on one hand, while keeping a clear eye on the essentials on the other. Through this sensitive connection of mind, feeling, and body, she opens up spaces in form of retreats where both personal growth and institutional development can flourish organically. Lina Lev supports individuals and teams in finding a healthy, sustainable practice that builds emotional resilience and fosters authentic, eye-level collaboration in everyday life. Her goal is to empower people to grow into and create from their full potential.

Over the past ten years, she has worked internationally as an artist and manager for renowned institutions, such as Theatre and Orchestra Heidelberg, Thalia Theatre, Deutsches Schauspielhaus and ImPulsTanz. Guided by the desire to create spaces for genuine connection, exchange and artistic expression, she moves fluidly between these worlds. Whether leading a movement workshop in Portugal, coordinating an international festival, or creating her own pieces within the DACH region—her work is always driven by a vision to inspire integrity and transformation.

Cultural Management

As manager with a decade of experience in the international cultural sector, specializing in the operational management of festivals, stage productions, and interdisciplinary teams her expertise spans a wide spectrum of the performing arts, from overseeing complex production logistics and tour management to the strategic leadership of dance companies.
