DANCER

Lina Lev engaged between 2016 and 2025 in projects of various artists. She worked with Momentos World, Kristine Petrova, Katia Reshetnikova, Vera Shchelkina at Hellerau European Centre for the Arts, BODIES IN URBAN SPACES by Cie. Willi Dorner, for the famous band "Deichkind" and participated in two pieces of Patricia C. Mai. From 2018 until 2022 she was engaged in the female dance ensembles Kollektiva., based in Hamburg. Between 2016 and 2018 Lina Lev was a dancer in Til Eulenspiegel, presented at Kampnagel in Hamburg, Tensegrity premiering in Berlin and Uniform by Anna K. Linke.

CHOREOGRAPHER + DANCER | PRODUCER

Lina Lev (co-) created her own projects, such as (OP)POSING BODIES and FEMALE BODIES in coopertion with Nemanja Bošković, which premiered at Kurpfälzisches Muesum in Heidelberg. For the female dance ensemble Kollektiva. she not just engaged as a dancer, but also as dramaturge and producer. In cooperation with Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg Lina Lev created a dance piece about "The Robbers" by Friedrich Schiller. She also made a Solo piece called ABSURDLY NORMAL and engaged in various productions with cross-disciplinary artists.

In cooperation with Kollektiva. Lina Lev was part of divers video creations, such as Control is a State of Chaos, BLUE SPACE, B.FUNK, a documentary of NunArt Guinardó residency in Barcelona and the Showreel of Kollektiva. Collaborators created trailers of their work: HAMONIM by Patricia C. Mai, CO-TOUCH by Kristine Petrova, Katia Reshetnikova and Vera Shchelkina, BODIES IN URBAN SPACES by Cie. WIlli Dorner and TRANSFORMANCE by Luan Gelich Collective.

RESIDENCIES

In the last years Lina Lev had the opportunity to research on REST in Portugal, Germany and Austria. Her research on (OP)POSING BODIES and FEMALE BODIES got funded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture Baden Württemberg; the Ministry of Culture Heidelberg and was supported by INTER-ACTIONS studio. Kollektiva. had residencies at Wiese e.V. in Hamburg, Gutshof Soltau and at Nun Art Guinardó in Barcelona, where the ensemble researched on the topic of femininity. Lina Lev investigated many years at a Solo project about Trauma and body memory in Israel and Germany.

FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT

Lina Lev worked since 2016 in various projects, as festival support, manager and assistent. Recently she was responsible for the tourmanagement of "StadtLesen" a mobile literture project in Austria and Germany. She cooperated two years with the Theater and Orchstra Heidelberg (Heidelberger Stückemarkt, Tanzbiennale and FLUX Festival) and Theater Heilbronn (Tanz! Heilbronn). In the past Lina Lev also worked for ImPulsTanz Festival, danceWEB and Atlas - Create your own dance trails in Vienna, Open Spaces and Tanz im August in Berlin and Theater der Welt in Hamburg.

WRITER

Even Lina Lev always enjoyed writing and reading this art disciplicary is still new to her. While a partnership between 2021 and 2023 she wrote more than 40 poems. In 2024 she sent one of them to literary magazines and competitions and was published directly on her first attempt in kkI Kunst Kultur und Literaturmagazin, as well as at the 10th Bubenreuther Literature competition. Since joining the mobile literature project “StadtLesen”, Lina Lev has been writing her first novel, which has emerged by her travels to Spain and Portugal.

PHOTOGRAPHER

In 2008 Lina Lev first job after graduating school was to work as a photographer and journalist. She teached herself skills and found a passion about the act of catching moving moments into memories, that last. Her love for aesthetics and journeys ended up in a wide spectrum of pictures. Since her camera got stolen and her external disk broke, most of these pictures vanished or are kept in "bad quality". Anways the spirit of them stays alive and therefor wants to be shared.
